Villa La Cinq Policy:
• 50% of the total reservation cost is due at time of booking. Final payment will be places 30 days before check in
• Reservations can be cancelled up to 60 days prior to arrival or 50% of the total reservation costs will be charged.
• At the time of booking we need to receive the following information:
– Copy of the guest’s passport
– Telephone no., email and full address of the guest
– The number of guests that will stay in the unit (adults/kids).
• Security deposit of 10,000 Euros is required on check in.
• Check in at 16:00, check out at 11:00. After 11:00 we consider a late checkout unto 17:00 with an extra cost of EUR 2,500. Late check out is subject to availability.
• Maximum people: 14 persons
• The price is including IVA, 10% , 3 cars MB V Class 2017 8 seats, MB S class 2017, Smart 2017, 7 hours cleaning daily and welcome pack.
welcome pack is 6 bottels Champahane Moet Chandon, 24 0.5L Eveian water, 12 1.5L Evian, Coffee machine filled ready.
• The minimum stay is 7 nights. Starting Saturday
• 10% discount from the total price will be given for stays over a month.
• We love pets but they are not allowed.
• Smoking inside our Villa is not allowed, and will result in a fine of 3,000 EUR; smoking outdoor is permitted.
